Q. How long have you been involved in video and photography?

A. Granite Media have 8 years video production experience. We have been involved in creating documentaries, film and wedding videos for over 4 years.

Q. What cameras do you use to cover the wedding?

A. We use professional high-def broadcast quality video recording equipment as well as the latest digital still cameras. Ensuring top quality in all aspects of video and photographic mediums.

Q. What deposit do you require for the wedding booking?

A. A 10% deposit is always taken to secure your wedding booking. As soon as we receive your deposit we will call you to confirm that your date has been secured.

Q. When should the balance payment be paid for my wedding?

A. The balance payment should be paid two week prior to the wedding and all the final details confirmed. All cheques should be made payable to Granite Media.

Q. How do we select our background music?

A. Please make up an audio CD or email us a list of ten to twelve tracks. This will be used as background music at certain points throughout your video.

Q. Which areas do you cover?

A. We normally cover an area within a forty-mile radius of Aberdeen City Centre. We are happy to work out with this area, however a small fuel charge would be incurred.

Q. When will the completed wedding DVD be ready?

A. The fully edited wedding will normally be ready by the time you come back from Honeymoon. Normally around 2-3 weeks (but can be up to 5 during peak seasons)

Q. How many copies of my wedding will I receive?

A. You will receive 3 DVD of your wedding. Extra copies are available to order from £3-£15 per copy.
